Venice Vacation House

It was a great location and whenever we had a problem the owner was available no matter the time of the day! Close to the bus stop and food markets.

The place was dirty, for our 5 days stay they did not cleaned it once, only the rooms which were already vacant. The ac was not working properly and we had to wait a few hours to get some change in the rooms temperature. The TV was not working and the remote was missing, we asked for it but never got one (that is not a problem if the internet was working properly). The wi-fi was slow. We got only 1 towel per person and this was it till the end if our stay, if we wanted another one we had to pay extra, unfortunately one of our towels had big orangy stains, which the owner happily changed without charge, we understand that they wash them somewhere else, but there is no way to miss it when folding it. Another thing is that the last 3 days there was not hot water, we showed with cool/cold water considering that outside was 14° during the night. We waited 20 minutes for hot water to come but unfortunately, nothing. There were no curtains in the room and also the bathroom, bare in mind that there are people in the neighbouring houses. For the money we paid it was not worth it at all.
