Good positioning

Worse hotel ever! The price was too much expensive for what we get. The bedroom was for sure not clean for months...full of dust and the share bathroom...disgusting. I don't recommand to go there except if you have no other option like us.

The host is so polite and welcoming and sweet. Great little homey neighborhood right off the main street. Spacious clean room for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds. Giant bathroom with everything you need - soap/towels/tp. Extra blankets for a rainy night. Communal kitchen in the basement very appreciated. Little roof terrace to hang your laundry. Very patient with us. What a find!

Cleaning products used on room were a bit too perfumey, but aired out quickly.

Room was very clean and comfy although for four people. Host was very helpful answering all our questions. It was what we were expected. We did like location, 5 bus stops from Piazza Roma, Venice.

Staff were great. Very hospitable and polite. Had read reviews of staff being unhelpful but my experience was the opposite. Location was very convenient and price was also very reasonable. Access to shared kitchen made it very convenient for us.

Shower pressure was really bad when hot water was turned on. Everything was basic but comfortable.

Quiet place, shops, cafes, transport everything is nearby, friendly host to Santa Luc. 10 min by train
