Ranakpur Nature Retreat

Really good value for money. Spacious rooms and calm quiet surroundings. We took the bikes out and rode around the villages, which was really lovely and picturesque.

True Indian sense of hospitality. Deepak the owner and his staff, are a very friendly team, giving us a lot of advice about possible safaris and treks in the area allowing to see the local fauna (including crocodiles and leopards). The place is beautiful with its natural trees and healthy food farming. The staff even drove us around to the Jain temple and trek starts. The rooms are huge and clean, you get awakened by beautiful birds.. It does deserve to be called "retreat"!

Honestly we liked all of it! Getting there directly can only be made by bus (which we did) but Deepak seems very keen on arranging to pick people up from nearby bus or train stations. Contact him!
