Sehrish Guest House Skardu

This nicely and centrally located guest house is run by a very humble, genuine and a modest owner, Mr. Akhtar. He along with his wife, 3 sons-Ather, Azher and mazher looks after the guest house. We met all of them and it felt like home. They were extremely respectful in their own cultural and traditional manner. The sweet small rooms were nicely done and were neat. They had proper back up of Wi-Fi facility.The best thing was the 24/7 availability of warm water. My favorite of all was the garden where we had a peaceful cup of tea and could sit and relax all day.

They just need to hire a professional chef who can cater to the versatility of expectations of the guests pouring in from all sides of the world.

A super lovely family run guesthouse in a perfect location in skardu. The garden is perfect for relaxing, the rooms are big and clean and the whole family tries to help you with every question. They can organise spontaneously tours to several places for a fair price. We will definitely come back.

The location is good which is next to the market. It is convenient to move around the city. The owner and his family are so kind and hospitable. The room is clean with UPS available. It is quite safe for a solo female traveller.

Hot water is a plus and nice view for breakfast.

I booked double room for 2 people but only 1 slipper and 1 towel available. I spent money to buy boil water to make coffee but that water was not hot enough.

Nice garden, nice room (from what we saw above average quality) but very important: a very welcoming and nice host family. We also booked tours with them and they helped us have a very good experience in Skardu!

I felt very welcome and the host guided me around and showed me many beautiful places around Skardu. The breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed my stay a lot! I will definitely stay again in Sehrish Guest House when I revisit Skardu.

beautiful view and beautiful location in between the mountains. the property was so clean and very comfortable with all facilities available. this property has the best staff best owner and a very friendly and family Like environment.

Room n bathroom were clean and hot water was available all day. Hosts were very helpful and cooperative.

There wasn’t alot of variety to choose from in the breakfast menu but it’s not really the deal breaker.
