"Warm welcome, cosy. Safe stay."

The fact that there were keys used to enter hotel and room. Lovely comfy bed and large room

The shower tap was a little awkward to use, im not 100 sure but there was no hot water late on at night.

Perfect location in Whitby. Very close to the west coastal cliffs in a very quiet neighborhood. A great value for accommodations in Whitby with wonderful and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

Lovely clean room spacious bathroom

Just a suggestion we weren't sure if the window opened but maybe a small fan in the room on warm nights. But otherwise it was great

Nice, light room which was a great size for 2 of us. We had a fair bit of time between checking out and leaving Whitby and Angela was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags at the accommodation so we could continue to explore Whitby, luggage-free!

The tv was quite laggy, but we didn't flag as we didn't use it often enough for it to be a big issue

Quiet and comfortable , not far from the sea , friendly helpful staff.

Had to wait a while in the mornings for the hot water but other than that it was all good.
