Clean and comfy

All good no complaints

Very clean and well located it appeared perfect for our visit.

It is to light due to the glass wall parts of the roof and also noisy due to the traffic.

Cleanliness.

Weak wifi, no provision for drinking water inside the room, slippery bathroom, a table fan ( recommended ) during this weather condition,

Easy access and parking. Close to centre.

Traffic noise school noise. Would suggest fans for rooms....incredibly warm. Heat wave!

Homely , nice and quiet. Bed was very comfortable

Nothing I didn’t like

Great location and very spacious. Had everything we needed. Check in was very easy and communications with the owner were excellent.

Prospect house was ideally situated for our 4 night stay , just a short walk into Whitby town centre .parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property ,easy access with a key coded lock box . We even discovered a short cut just past the next set of guest houses , through a gap in the hedge down some steps a lovely short walk along the old railway , under a tunnel at the end which bought you out at the bottom of the hill . The room was clean and well decorated , the bed was huge and comfortable , the shower and toilet were immaculate . Tea and coffee was supplied and extra supplies were left in the hallway downstairs .

The only issue we had was the road noise , this was purely due to the weather having to have the windows open due to the heat .

Room was a good size, bigger than I expected. Bed was the most comfortable ever and the bedding amazing too. Would definitely stay again thank you.
