Prospect House

Room was lovely and bright. Very clean. Parking at the back.

No breakfast available and never met any staff. Easy access and parking. Quick walk into Whitby. Perfect for short stay.

Cleanliness was fantastic.. very comfortable bed. Good communication with the owner.

15 minute walk to the town downhill... 25 minutes coming back duecto a rather large step hill. There was a lot of traffic noise during the night. The shower could of been hotter.

Prospect House is in a great location and is always clean and welcoming. Whenever I return to Whitby I stay here as the rooms are light and airy, very clean and comfortable and well-equipped.

Lovely location

Lovely location. For some, it may have been a little far out, but we enjoy a nice walk. It was approx 20 mins to walk into Whitby and a little more to get back due to a bit of a hill to negotiate. Adequate parking at the rear of the property. Lovely breakfast at the Angel pub, which had unlimited tea or coffee with it. Didn't actually meet the owner of Prospect House, but kept us up to date via email. Very spacious & clean room. Would we visit and stay again......Yes most definitely. Xx

All very good. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance of about 20 mins into town.Really comfy bed, good shower and a good sized room.

All good! Except a bit noisy with traffic but not too bad.
