Really clean and neat, easy self-check in. Tea and coffee making tray well stocked, bathroom had all products you would need if unprepared.

For me, the bed was not comfortable.

Lovely, clean place, central to everything in the town and a good base to explore the wider area

Everything, we really enjoyed our stay and will come again. Welcoming, lights on and room, clean and fresh. Refreshments tray with high quality tea, coffee, biscuits, water, chocolates and sweets much appreciated with fresh milk in the kitchen. Bathroom toiletries excellent, sounds daft but decent loo roll and good sized bath towels . Good location and pre arrival instructions excellent, parking good and recommendations for food excellent. L

Nothing, the road noise was noticeable as we live in the country but not an issue. Privacy blinds would be a great addition if upgrading in the future for the rooms on the front so curtains could be open for light but not a dislike.

34 steps to get to the 2nd floor and then 3 down to the bathroom ( not en-suite!) I obviously didn’t read it properly as my partner is challenged by stairs with a weak left side! It was hard for him but we managed them together.

Room 3 with the Snug. Very unusual but makes a good room into a great room.

On the main road with all the life noise that comes with that.

Very convenient for town,nice and comfy,nice ti get fresh milk.

Perhaps quite noisy from road which can't be helped.Parking good in carpark not easy to get in Plough carpark.I think should be a bit clearer that parking is further away.

Exactly as described. We had Room 3 which comes with a tiny sitting room and a private balcony for a glass of wine or breakfast. Weather was warm but despite being on 2nd floor room was comfortable.

Self check-in. Didn’t see anyone at all, not even fellow guests. Some road noise but we were OK with that
