Room, location and cost.

Mattress needs replacing and shower cubicle bit small.

Very comfortable bed that was made up for us the next day. Very clean room and bathroom. Looks like the room was recently refurbished.

Heavy traffic made the room shake. The little fridge wasn't that good with a bottle of white wine.

Excellent accommodation. Must be the cleanest we've stayed in. The whole house was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The room was cleaned every day, and the refreshments tray was fully restocked with the addition of bottled water. Fresh milk was available if needed. Ideally located . Short stroll to town and short walk to Alnwick gardens and castle. Gardens well worth a visit. The old railway station, five minutes walk away has been converted into a huge book shop (Barter books) with a lovely quirky cafe. Would definitely book again , well recommended.

Great location. Comfortable rooms, beautifully clean and well presented and included balcony overlooking the back garden. Great to have dressing gowns.

We were in top room - everything there but the bathroom and tea making were outside of the bedroom and meant going up and down a few stairs, which we weren’t aware of when we booked. Which could be tricky for some people.

Clean, lovely furnishings and great location to town. Easy access and good communication.

The road was really noisy and we had to clise the windows on very hot nights. When a larger vehicles drove past the building shook. The arrangement with 3 rooms was tricky at times filling kettle and carrying hot drinks through fire doors.
