"Perfect stay."

This is a beautiful property set in glorious grounds in a very convenient location . Perfect for visiting Northumberland’s coastal areas, castles and excellent places to eat. All rooms were luxurious and breakfast was delicious . We were made to feel very welcome by Bruce and Jeannette. Highly recommend. Look forward to returning.

I would have given 6 stars if I could - among the best B&B I have ever stayed in, for comfort and the friendliness of the hosts

A bit difficult to contact the owners through the messaging service - a simple phone call would have been easier

A warm welcome from Bruce and Jeanette upon arrival was complimented by tea in the drawing room of their stunning early 20th century home. Everything throughout our stay was immaculate and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Bruce & Jeanette were exceptional hosts. We were greeted with tea and homemade cake on arrival. West Acres House is a beautiful property set in lovely gardens. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food was beautifully prepared and presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend West Acres House.
