"Misrepresentation of Suite. Not a suite but a room off an office. Listed me as a no show."

I like what I thought I purchased when I was on booking.com. the location was right on the Town square.

Renting a room off an office was not what I had planned on. The bed was futon style, the room was extremely hot, and very small. The flat screen TV was a computer monitor. The doors locked on both sides with deadbolt locks. Trying to get the keys was a nightmare. Multiple YouTube videos to watch on how to get to the first location, walk up, open the key lock then walk to the property and get into multiple doors, elevators and floors. They gave you one address with a code to get in a key box. Then they send you to the other address of the property. I paid in full, checked in, got keys, checked out my leaving keys. I was not a no show as they posted.
