The location is absolutely perfect with stunning views over the square, perfect for sitting at the table with a drink and people watching! Customer service and experience from staff was great, super friendly and easily accessible via WhatsApp. The room was perfect for a short stay, with everything you need. You can hear the hustle and bustle of people from the square below but it was strangely comforting, we like listening to the world go by. We will stay here if we visit Verona again. Thank you

It was a little noisy at night with the crowds and music playing from the square but it wasn't enough to stop you from falling asleep or keeping you awake. Other than that, nothing negative to say.

Great location close to everything - we walked there from the train station and were able to see everything in Verona without using anything but our feet. Very cozy and quiet room, super comfy bed gave us peaceful sleep.

The only thing missing was a view of some kind - the one window opened onto a wall.
