Affaccio meraviglioso su piazza delle Erbe, posizione ideale per visitare Verona, staff disponibile e gentilissimo, prodigo di suggerimenti preziosi.

Pulizia non impeccabile, con tanta polvere sui mobili. E forse ci vorrebbe un materasso un po' più consistente.

In posizione comoda, stanza ben arredata e spaziosa

Alcune carenze sulla pulizia (abat jour impolverata, in bagno vi erano alcuni capelli), check in entro le 18

First of all: The service couldnt be better. The personell answered every question we had about the apartment and the area in minutes. They gave us tips on where to visit and where to eat. They made surere we had sittingpillows for the opera - we couldnt thank them enough. Secondly, the apartment was more magical than the pictures - great size, charming ceiling in wood, great view of the charming piazza delle Erbe, cozy bathroom and minifridge. Verona is a great stay for a week. We went to Venize and Lake Garda - Easy to get there with train or bus. And you have to catch an opera at Arena di Verona. Thank you for a magical stay.

Our room was well appointed and large - the view of the plaza was awe inspiring. So convenient for visiting the old quarter - very quiet and comfortable - Petra our host was great 5 stars plus! Well done!

Having the view

Walls were too thin, could hear the couple next door but obviously not the fault of the hotel. Couple just needed to keep it down.
