Shangri-lanka Villa

Beautiful place, only 5 suites, very clean, excellent food, recommended.

Shangri Lanka is a gem of this paradise island of sunshine. Rohan is a fantastic host, the staff impeccable, the chef the best we found in our experience in Bentota. we hope to be able to get back one day

Possible a little far out but Rohan we call a tut tut guy who is lovely and it's so cheap

Beautiful villa tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Bentota but easily reached by tuk tuk. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room with excellent A/C. Had an amazing massage whilst there. Free tea and coffee available at all times (even at 5.30am, before our airport transfer) the perfect place to unwind for a few days at the end of our holiday.

Breakfast wasn’t included in the price. This was an oversight on my part when booking but just be mindful of this because, at approximately £7.50 pp, we felt was comparatively expensive, and there are very limited places to eat nearby.

The villa is set in beautiful gardens, the pool is lovely, we enjoyed eating outside under cover and the food is delicious. Our room was cool and spacious with a large bathroom and a shaded balcony, perfect for bird viewing and just enjoying the views. The staff were very friendly and Rohan was so helpful.

One of our favourite hotels of our trip. Beautiful location. Stunning room... sooo big and beautifully decorated. Staff are very helpful and food is wonderfully cooked. Many lovely memories from our stay there

Everything-Rohan Dilshan Nallacca and Chef Salat could not do enough for us.Everything done with a lovely smile Rohan even got up at 3 am to help us take our cases to the taxi Just sorry that we didn’t meet Karen but that will have to wait until next time

This is not a criticism as we liked everything but we like a cup of tea first thing in the morning and a kettle in the room would be great Having said that,complimentary tea and coffees were available all day it was just that very first cuppa that we like
