A warm welcome and friendly host, great location and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Brilliant location, main piazza around the corner. Good restaurants near by. Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend .

Perfect little room for a short stay in Bologna. Tiziano was very efficient and so warm and friendly on welcoming us. He gave us some good recommendations for food that were excellent. This was first 2 days of our honeymoon and he put a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for us. The room and bathroom both very clean, bed was comfortable. Location couldn't be better. We were only staying in Bologna for 2 days so wanted to be in the middle and it is about a 1 minute walk to the main square. There is a Nespresso type machine in the room with pods to use, towels and soaps in the bathroom. Just a fantastic little place for a short holiday. I would stay here again if I'm lucky enough to return to Bologna.
