Excellent location, clean and very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfectly in the middle of Bologna, yet surprisingly calm. Apartment is very nice.

The apartment is centrally located - a two minute walk to Piazza Madgore. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Extremely clean apartment!!! It is equipped with everything you need. Like almost all apartments in the center of Bologna, it is located in an old building with no elevator. However, the owner helps with luggage - upon check-in and check-out. So that wasn't a problem for us. I say this only for people with mobility problems, because the apartment is on the third floor, without an elevator.

It was very clean, comfortable and was an amazing location. Tiziano was so helpful and friendly.

The room was everything we were looking for – close to everything in the city center, even a Nespresso coffee machine for the morning, very clean space, Tiziano was very friendly and helped us getting in the apartment very late and keeping our luggage for the day we left. Would only recommend!
