Excellent location. Large and very tidy. Lots of attention to details. Very nice small outdoor balcony. Quiet. Very helpful an friendly host. Highly recommended.

The place was really clean and comfortable. It was also as central as a place can be! The host Tiziano is also very kind and helps in all ways he can.

The place is on the 3rd floor without a lift, but it's fine if you don't have heavy luggages!

Very friendly host. The location was great. This facility is rooms within an apartment building so lacked charm.

The studio apartment is a little over a block from the Piazza Maggiore so the location is fantastic although a 15+ minute walk from the main train station. There was enough room for 2 suitcases and the bed was queen sized and comfortable enough with nice sheets. The bathroom was spacious and the shower a tight box with sliding plastic doors and enough hot water and water pressure. There was a coffee maker in the room and the host provided an electric hot water kettle. The host was very friendly and helped get our luggage up the stairs and his English seemed proficient.

The apartment is 3 floors up with no elevator which means a lot of stairs every time you come and go (with or without luggage). Because this is an apartment and not a hotel, you have to arrange a specific time with the host to get the keys and pay the city tax. Also, since there is no front desk, you are on your own for getting questions answered.
