Balcony was sweet. AC, decently sized bathroom. Free parking nearby (it's subsidized from the room price). Location is great, on one end of the Kenting night market

No elevator and 4 flights of stairs. No kettle in room (able to bring up jugs of hot water but you've got to climb those stairs). Room a bit on the small size.

"Amazing stay"

We had the room with the balcony, it was a nice and clean room with enough space to put our clothes and luggage in. The location is perfect as it is at walking distance from the beach and once you step out the accommodation you are at the night market. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a very good price for this accommodation.
