Perfect location and neat, clean rooms. The bathroom was recently renovated and super spacious. Mine even had a bathtub, in a budget room! But most remarkable was the service. I wanted to leave two nights early because of an approaching typhoon. The host refunded the room cost, even though she wasn't obligated to. She even went above and beyond to get the money to me in cash, in a different city. Definitely recommend.

Good location, right at the night market. Bus stop near by and walkable to beaches.

Location right by the main road and night market is convenient. Staff was very friendly and let us check in a little ahead of time. Parking on the parking lot close by is not free, but subsidized.

The mattresses were very hard for a European back. I guess that is a matter of preference, though.

Easy check in. Nice staffs.

No elevator, tired if you stay at top floor, when you just came back from long outing. No good view and no good balcony arrangement if booked big room for family., especially the big room on the third floor. The balcony floor is wet from water dripping from pipe, and the central air-con system is setup just outside the balcony. The nice and good balcony are double bedrooms only for two people.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, perfect location, nice staff, would definitly go there again!
