The location is nice, right on the kending main street. The host is friendly.

I will not book this room if i knew it is on ground floor without window. I will pay more for a better room, at the same hotel. But hey, they have a bath tub in the room.

Conveniently located in main street at one end of the night market. Clean with a balcony to people watch

We decided to upgrade our room at the hotel for 200 Taiwanese Dollars per night to a room with balcony. The room with balcony is very spacious, clean and beautiful.

The woman at the front desk was constantly away from the hotel. When we wanted to check out there was nobody and we had to wait for quite a bit while we had to catch our bus. They did not respond to our messages. Adventually after 15-20 minutes it turned out there was a guy who worked at the hotel (not the receptionist) who ignored all the people waiting at the front desk and did not help us or call anybody to help us. He was at the same floor, like 4 meters away from everybody waiting, and saw everybody and was really hiding. We went after him and gave him the key for check out. Very rude to ignore guests who are waiting and not get any help. He could have called the receptionist or helped us himself, which he was clearly capable of.

Cosy (but large !) room, nicely prepared Very clean, very quiet, specially at 4th floor ;) Large Tv screen Hot & cold water machine at reception, with tea /coffee
