The only good thing about this place is the free transfer to the airport. Otherwise, you should avoid staying here while in Negombo.

Not only the room was not comfortable at all with the area being very dirty but also the towels smelled like smoke from the barbecue and with a disgusting yellowish color, also room is extremely hot, with only a very noisy fan that does not let you sleep at night. There is also a strong smell of mold so if you suffer from asthma, stay away from this place. Practically a disaster. To top it of you are also promised a free transfer to the airport on the day and at 3am the owner told us that he had to book a Uber himself (it was just a very old car not a uber) because his tuk tuk had no lights and so he had to pay us the car himself, so for this reason he didn't want to give us the packed breakfast promised and that we paid for because he said he spent money on the car. Hope that with the extra money we gave you (before actually telling us that we cant have the paid breakfast we paid for) you go to the supermarket next door and buy some cleaning products and clean everywhere very good before actually taking people into your home and make their last night a stay in hell. Also learning some basic English would also help to communicate with your guests well when trying to scam them and not giving them what they have paid for. The value for money you pay is zero! Worst night in srilanka. Don’t get fooled by the booking.com pictures.

Dinesh and his wife were very kind and helpful. They made a very very nice breakfast for us, made sure we had everything we needed, and drove us to the airport the next day.

Denish and his wife were lovely hosts, and put on a great breakfast. The rooms are basic however were everything I needed for a one night stay. I found their place to be good value for money. Thank you for having me!

There was no communication on the day of arrival for the airport pickup until about an hour after my flight was supposed to arrive. This caused a bit of confusion with another taxi booking I had due to my driver the next day having the same name, and I ended up getting a taxi to the hotel which was almost as much as the cost of the room. I had booked this hotel for the airport pickup as my flight was not arriving until late at night so was trying to make my life easier. Had I waited for a pickup, I would have been waiting well over an hour. The mix up was mostly my fault, but could have been avoided with some better communication and punctuality.

Great position, the family owner are really really nice! The breakfast was very good :)

Lovely hosts, had a chat in the morning whilst eating some yummy pancakes and bananas for breakfast. We came for just a night after landing at the airport late at night, we were picked up which was so helpful so we didn’t need to negotiate with the tuk tuks. Bedroom was comfortable with a mosquito net

Really comfortable hotel in the city centre of Negombo. The owners are so kind and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and also they took me to the airport. I had a great time there and I'd definitely love to stay again!

The owner was kind and good the free shuttle service even if we waited 1 hour.
