When we first arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth that it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like visiting old friends. The accommodation was full of charm, but it was the kindness and heartfelt hospitality of the owners that made it truly special. Our days were spent exploring beautiful Mondello – with its turquoise waters, golden beaches, and lively atmosphere – and returning in the evenings to our cool, comfortable room felt like coming home. By the time we left, it wasn’t just a stay; it was a cherished memory. Thank you to everyone here for making our time in this wonderful place unforgettable.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It had a warm and cozy vibe, and Marco and Monica were super helpful and kind. There were nice restaurants around, and the beach was about 20 minute walk away,totally worth it! Would definitely stay here again

As the hosts are mother and son, the vibe around the villa feels close to family. Monica and Marco were always around, to provide unique forms of help what made the whole experience personally unique. The villa is beautiful, typical Sicilian, is near Mondello beach and has some nice restaurants around the corner. I do recommend renting a car of scooter. Both the hosts are there to arrange this with you or plan activities or restaurants during your stay. Monica and Marco, thank you so much for your warm personalities and our amazing stay.

The place is really amazing for a break and rest, as well as a base for exploring this part of Sicily. Monica and Marco are wonderful hosts, they take care of their guests' every need and are always happy to reccommend you good restaurants and arrange transport if needed. Very good breakfast with a choice of something different every day from local produce, both sweet and savoury. The hotel has vide selection of very good Italian and Sicilian in particular wines. Highly recommended if you are looking for beautiful, peaceful and evergreen place in Sicilian paradise.

Excellent small and cosy hotel run by Marco and his mother. The rooms come across as modern with very good air-condition. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast is a bit of an experience, as you sit together with other guests. Vincenzo prepares several local dishes and makes coffee and eggs to order, which was very nice.

We had some challenges with the shower, but Marco did everything he could to resolve the issues. Marco is super-responsive and service-minded. There is no fridge in the room, which is something to be aware of.

Modern, clean, great Aircon. Huge pool and surrounds for a homestay property. Hosts warm and welcoming added to the whole experience.

A bit out of the way but no issue if you have a car. Also there are some good restaurants an easy stroll away.

The breakfast was very good. We sat down at the table and ordered what we wanted to eat.

A Perfect Stay – Clean, Modern & Incredibly Welcoming The property was beautifully renovated with modern, aesthetically pleasing facilities. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning in the bedroom was fantastic and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. Marco and Monika were amazing hosts—so warm and genuine, they truly made us feel like family. The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Vincenzo is a great chef and added so much to the overall experience. We’re visiting from Australia and had a fantastic time here. We also felt very safe throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
