Beautiful space and very comfortable stay.

It would be nice to have coffee bags rather than instant coffee, and potentially some uht oat milk as well as dairy.

Location very good, very clean room, warm and cosy, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, with complementary toiletries and plenty of tea/coffee/milk satches liked the separate entrance and easy to access. Car parking pass very helpful

There is only a skylight in this room although it does let a lot of light in, there isn't any room for a chair so have to sit on the bed, and there wasn't a shower mat inside the shower, which is slippery when wet.

Second time staying here rooms are lovely. Clean and comfortable. Love the decor. Location very good for everything just a short walk from all shops bars and harbour. Highly recommended.

Location is ideal for getting into the centre of Whitby as only 7 mins walk. The shower in our room was to die for.

The breakfasts not starting until 9am but only because we liked to get a good start to the day and would have liked the option to go earlier.

This was our second stay at Jet Black Jewel. We upgraded our room this time to a bigger room which was fabulous. Clean, very roomy, self check in was good, bar and cafe underneath for meeting up with others we had travelled with. Very centrally located with cafes and bars around. Perfect all rounder.

"Fab quirky stay in the heart of Whitby"

Loved the quirky vibes. It was so easy to find and get into the room and loved that there was extra tea and coffee available. The parking permit was genius and saved us a lot of hassle. The room was spotless and super cosy! We loved our stay and would definitely choose here if we visit Whitby again.
