The location is great and this was my first time in Whitby we enjoyed our stay and will definitely in Whitby

There is no staff available and we could any ironing facilities

Fantastic location. Easy check in. I appreciate the free parking. The staff were lovely and did want to make the stay as nice as possible. Lovely and clean room. Also a very unique cool vibe. The shower was lovely. The shampoo in it was so nice.

Could hear everyone move about through the walls. Honestly thought someone was in my room at some point. It was really warm and stuffy with only a small window to help. The bed was uncomfortable but that is personal taste

Modern clean room very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Easy self check and very good location. Easy to find parking when we arrived and helped that we didn't move the car during our stay so found a good parking place and kept it. Room over the cafe which is really nice and enjoyed the breakfasts on there.

No window on the room which we hadn't spotted when booking.

A great location right in the centre of the town and a very nice room perfect for our 2 night stay. Check in via a door code was easy and although there are no staff on the premises clean towels, tea bags and coffee etc were all available in the hallway if you run out of supplies in the room. Unfortunately the cafe under the rooms was full in the morning but there are plenty of places to have breakfast and we had a nice gin and tonic there in the evening!

Hotel was clean and quirky but room was small with only a skylight window.

No staff around, not very personal, room small. Thought they served dinner but was closed

We didn’t have breakfast as it didn’t open till 9am.

It was a bit windy 😴
