I have stayed before and was pleased to be able to return. It is very handy to Takapuna beach and great shops and restaurants. Lovey cafe two minutes walk away by the beach. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed with a double bedroom with balcony. There is a fridge, microwave and kettle making it easy to eat in if you want. There is a separate very comfortable lounge with Netflix, a lovely bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. There are also laundry facilities.
