The place was very close to the city centre, the room was cool, clean and Kathie was very nice and spoke to us in English

The room was very cold, but that could be fixed with the AC Break was ok, nothing exceptional

"Lovely family house in Central Kutaisi with a very welcoming owner"

The owner of the guest house gave me a very warm welcome as if I was a long lost friend! I stayed in a spacious clean room for five nights to visit Kutaisi and surrounding areas. I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by her, too. I would recommend it if you would like to meet a Georgian family rather than stay in a hotel.

This has nothing to do the guest house itself, but at first, it was a bit disconcerting when I saw/heard lots of stray dogs in the area, though they turned out harmless.

"Overall stay was great!"

It is very well situated near the city center, mostly can reach out by walking. Very close to the white bridge, lots of restaurants and cafe/bar nearby. The owner Keti was very accommodating. Breakfast was fair.

We stayed in a room with separate bathroom and noticed that the bathroom needs a bit more of cleaning.
