Pospolita Guest House

The stay here felt like visiting family and not staying in a hotel. The guesthouse is indeed a former private house with large rooms and nice furniture (even a grand piano!), located in a central and yet rather quite street. It is run by Keti, the mother of the family which once lived there. She speaks English, is very attentive and helpful. Every morning she prepared delicious Georgian breakfast for us. She also arranged a private driver for our trip and airport transfer.

The guest house is not marked from the outside, so it may be a bit harder to find it at first.

Fantastic location close to the city centre, very friendly owner and great breakfast prepared by her, good restaurants in the same street. Damn good tip for accommodation in Kutaisi.

Difficult to locate despite using Google maps

Great location. Super hospitable owners. It takes usually about a month for my baby girl to get contact with someone, but on second day of staying she tells me “Father I wanna go to grandma, she will probably preparing pancakes ( I hope her true relatives will not find this comment :-D ) Also on third day she went to hug her” . Yeah this melts me a bit. Anyway, While the building is renovating a bit, I think the most attractive are owners, the true example of Georgian hospitality. Also on the third floor there is nice balcony. Atmosphere is also great. I would recommend anyone stay here singles, or family. It like you went back to grandparents house. In my room there was Wi-Fi connectivity issue. In any other part of building it was good. On my opinion this is easy to fix by putting Wi-Fi repeater direct in the socket.

Beautiful house, very nice guest, great location.

Unfortunately, bit too loud. We had an early morning flight and the noise on the corridor didn't help.
