"This guest house is great for large groups and family stays."

The location of this guest house ideal and close to cafes, restaurants, old city, white bridge and museums. The owner Kati was very friendly, pleasant and hospitable. She made us feel like family and showed her beautiful home and grand piano. The breakfast was served home style with warm khaschepuri, tea, salad, and hot oatmeal. If you looking for real Georgian hospitality, I highly recommend this guest house.

"Very good"

Warm and welcoming host. Centrally located, on a street with plenty of night life, and just across the bridge from the old town.

Dogs barking in the night. The mattress on the extra bed in our room was not good... however it was easily lifted to sleep on the bed base.

The location of the guesthouse was in the middle of Kutai City, so it was very nice to go from place to place. The staff were polite and kind. Especially, Irakl's English skills were very good, so it was very helpful.

"Genuine Georgian experience in a beautiful town"

Kati has a warm heart and a warm home and staying with her is a genuine pleasure. She is happy to talk about Georgia and its traditions, and is a generous and welcoming host. The bedroom is large and comfortable and Kati is happy to share her kitchen, beautiful rooftop terrace and lounge room with her guests. Brilliant value for money and really good fun.

Our host Katie was amazingly friendly and welcoming. Her house is super located in the city center of Kutaisi and you can easily reach every destination by walking. Next door you have a lots of bars, restaurants and cafés. I can highly recommand this guesthouse and we will definitely be back👌😁

"Brilliant stay. Very good location. Very kind host."

The host was very friendly and kind and caring. Her house felt like a villa in the most luxurious summer resort. Host made marvelous breakfast and always took care of all our needs.

The bathroom was a little cold, discouraging to take a shower. Though I bet during the summer season this is not a problem.
