The owner was deeply inappropriate with us. He was drunk when we checked in, and followed us to a bar, where he caused problems and got in an argument with another patron. When we left, he persistently called and texted us to know when we would go back to the hotel. When we finally went home, he had locked us out so that we would have to call him to be let in. Around 3am he loudly and repeatedly knocked on our bedroom door, yelled at us, and tried to enter the bedroom, also waking up all of the other guests. It was terrifying. Luckily we were escorted safely out of the property by the police.

The location is excellent putting all of Kutaisi at a walkable distance. The feeling of being home with a family and listening to amazing people speak of Georgia, the Georgian way of life, and the historic importance - such a cultural boost. We were lucky to be there and enjoy Keti’s freshly made vegetarian breakfasts every morning.

We couldn’t find anything to complain about fortunately.
