Приятная хозяйка. Близкое расположение к старому центру. Вкусные завтраки.

Внешний вид здания не соответствует фотографиям. Здание запущено. Очень холодно. В ванной комнате отсутствует отопление совсем (нет ни батареи, ни полотенцесушителя), холодно и сыро

We really enjoyed our stay at the guest house! The house is beautiful and we especially loved the terrace! The location is central, there are a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets,… We did a daytrip to Tskaltubo and the minibus station was also only 3 min walking distance! After 2 days in Kutaissi we went to Mestia. The hostess Katie helped us arrange a taxi to the minibus central station in the morning and also a direct minibus to Mestia! All in all, we can definitely recommend the guesthouse, as we had a very good time there!!

Quando siamo arrivati avendo prenotato su booking ci ha detto che era al completo e non potevamo stare, poi é andata a controllare e ci ha fatti entrare. In camera non arrivava wifi. Per il resto era pulita e la colazione era ok.
