Ottima posizione rispetto al centro città. La padrona di casa ci ha accolti con il sorriso e ci ha aiutati per gli spostamenti dei giorni successivi chiamandoci un taxi di fiducia e prenotandoci i posti sul minibus.

Хороший гостевой дом в центре Кутаиси со своей атмосферой, все достопримечательности Кутаиси в шаговой доступности. Прекрасная хозяйка Кети и ее семья встретили и проводили нас очень тепло. Если хотите окунуться в атмосферу грузинского гостеприймства, то вам сюда. Отдельное спасибо за поздравление с Днём рождения). Если будем в Кутаиси, обязательно вернёмся. Соотношение цена-качество соответствует.

Katya was very welcoming and warm and so ws her daughter. She helped us find a driver to visit the area and gave us useful tips. On the second day it was her birthday and she invited us the join them. Unfortunately that’s where the good part ends…

The property is not soundproof. On the first night there were 2 or 3 dogs next door barking at each other from 22:00 until 6 a.m. we couldn’t sleep . On the second night the dogs started even earlier, but that wasn’t the main issue. For Katya’s birthday her son was drunk by 18:00. After a couple of bites to eat, we felt very uncomfortable and threatened and locked ourselves in our room. He started roaming around shouting, then playing piano in a room above ours and blasting out heavy metal music. At 21:30 we packed and left the property. Katya was mortified and we felt bad for her, but we didn’t feel safe. Placed a complaint with booking.com
