The location was excellent, very close by to central and bars and restaurants. Easy access.

The bed was a bit squicky and floors as well but it can be understandable. Its not a new hotel, its still a cosy homestay.

The location was excellent. The house was beautiful and had a good terrace, though not big. The owner was friendly and helped with advice regarding Kutaisi a lot.

The guest house unfortunately is not in good shape. Breakfast was average. The room was okay, however, seems not to have been cleaned in quite a time (according to sheets)

The location was perfect for exploring Kutaisi and the host was the sweetest, kindest lady. Breakfast each morning was great and the rooms were really spacious.

When we first arrived, it looked like the guest house was closed because there wasn't a sign or anything, but we eventually got it sorted.

The host was the kindest woman we met during our Georgia trip! Lovely person, good at English so we could talk together, made us a nice breakfast and let us to leave there our luggages for the whole day after the check out so we could explore the city. Great option if you look for staying with the locals rather than being in the hotel. The location was also perfect, so close to the river and the city center! 🌞

The bedsheets were really thin, so we were kinda cold during the night, but the room was clean 😊 and the house itself was huge and beautiful!

It's a good place to stay in Kutaisi for 1-2 days. Very good location. Charming landlady. Free access to the kitchen so you can make yourself a cup of tea. The only possible issue I would expect is that it might be cold at winter time. It's a huge guest house so it might be hard to make it warm.

The bathroom :( It's a weakness of lots of economy hotels as I see and bathroom in this hotel definitely needs to be updated/repaired.

Family-like atmosphere. Nice owner, helpful if any questions regarding vacation. Very central with best restaurants in the city within couple of minutes reach. Special needs for breakfast taken into consideration.
