"Great location but run down...."

Location was great, just near White Bridge, supermarkets and restaurants very close by. Somewhat friendly host...

Bathroom extremely small. Shower right over toilet, have never seen anything like it. Breakfast probably the least inspired I've had in weeks of traveling through Georgia. Lots of Black mold on ceiling right above the bed, quite a health hazard. Very run down and in need of renovation though must have been a nice building in its best days... Too expensive for what it is....

"Cozy Georgian home stay"

I loved our friendly hostess! There was no problem with our late flight, she greeted us with a smile! Cozy beds and delicious breakfast. I really liked to feel like home on our trip first days.

Owner is nice person, communication was very easy and smooth. The location is very good and rooftop terrace has nice view.

The whole place is very outdated and not in the best condition. There is dampness in the room. The room was not clean, there was dust and owner's personal things, as well as things from previous guests (which means that the room wasn't properly cleaned up). The breakfast wasn't big enough (one fried egg, one sausage, a bit of porridge).

Great location, close to the city center. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and always made with heart :) In this guest house you will have everything what you need. Beautiful place run by beautiful, hospitable people :)

The roof terrace

This house is very tired, the owners personal items were in the room, the towels were old and threadbare,there was no hot water,it was the worst accommodation in my 15 nights in Georgia although the owner is a nice person I would not recommend this place to anyone,I checked out a day early into a nice hotel for the same price

Everything was great. Room was spacious and the house looks really nice. Our host tried to make our stay comfortable. He also is fluent in English and it was pleasure to talk with him about Georgia.
