The Point Mirissa

location of point marissa is right next to the main beach and on the way to secret beach (wich i recommend going to), so you can hear the waves at night :) friendly owners and clean rooms with private balkony on the upper floors at a good price. i would defenetly come back!

It was my second staying in The Point Mirissa. And you know, I was pleasantly surprised again :) They have extra absolutely new and cozy rooms with beautiful view. And new kitchen for tourists. And the same nice and comfortable atmosphere:) Super location. Close to the beach and 2 Surf spots. Restaurants and shops around. Owner Ruwan is ProSurfer. You can rent all sizes good surf boards and can get a very high quality surf lessons(!!!). The rooms are clean and have everything you need, AC and WiFi are good. Hotel staff super friendly and helps in everything you need. Tasty breakfast with lot of fruits. Highly recommended place to stay in Mirissa for sure

The point was lovely. Our breakfasts each morning were great, they even made them vegan for us. The staff were really friendly. The location was also perfect.

Ruwan and his family and the staff are amazing! My partner and I had the best time at The Point! The location is excellent, less than a minute walk to the famous Mirissa point surf spot. We asked Ruwan about surfboard rentals and scooter rentals and he organized the scooter right away and he had great surfboards for rent. As surfers we loved having the ability to wake up early go for a surf and have the excellent breakfast at the guesthouse! The room was very clean, bed was comfy and the fan and air-con worked great. The shower had hot water. We could not be happier with the place, the location and the value!

The property is located just a couple of steps away from the beach which is just perfect!! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast is exceptional. Everything about this place is really delightful and would recommend to anybody
