Really good location and great breakfeast

The bathroom wasn’t perfect

Nice room on ground, with short walk to beach, very kind owners, and breakfast was reaaly big portion, we packed to beach from it also:-)

We only missed a bit wardrobe, but thats nothing

Great location - a very short walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. Staff are very lovely and helpful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Shower had hot water too which is pretty rare in Sri Lanka!

The only thing that could be improved is the mattress - it was abit too hard.

Everything about this guesthouse is wonderful. From the people who own it to the rooms themselves. My room had French doors that led to balcony. The bed was very comfortable. I don't like firm mattresses, so I'm always trying to search out nice comfy beds that I can sleep on. And this place had it. It's in a great location on the edge of the main town. Just a hop skip from the beach. You're also on the road to the secret beach so you're in a perfect spot to do anything that you want.

The location is very convenient, walking distance from the beach and cafes. People are sweet and nice.

I had the middle room on the ground floor and it did smell so bad in it, mostly like the ac filter + smoking with the closed doors + a bit of over humidity, that's pretty much the picture.

We got a lot for a low price here. Perfect location 2 min walk from the beach yet at a quiet street. The room was spacious and clean (cudos for the clean bathroom). We especially appreciated the private balcony.

The damp/moldy smell that is typical for buildings in this area.

The bed was uncomfortable. The bath towels and the sheets were not as clean as they should be.
