Clean, comfortable and good location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Close to main street. It was great to have a fan in the room as an option to air-conditioning. Garden and surrounds were always kept clean and tidy.

The property was a short walk 3 mins to the beach. It was clean and comfortable and room was spacious. Kitchen facilities were available. Had fan and air con, great to have a choice.

Mosquitos however mosquito nets on bed.

The location is great. Not as much interactions with people who own/manage it as with guesthouses, but they were nice and also the breakfast staff were great. Good breakfast! Room (basic room) was not as nice as expected. The shower holder was broken and the toilet leaked. Also the mosquito net was teared. Not super clean (mirror/shower) and no real sheet on bed but got one when asked. They did try fixing the toilet and moved us after one night, so that was good. I think the other rooms were better. Didn’t like the bed very much, but that is mostly personal preference.

Nice room, great location and friendly staff.

The bed linnen could be renewed; there were some stains and holes in it.

The family running the property were so lovely and caring. Anything you needed they would help.

One of the best accomodations you can find in the area for that price. Clean room, spacious, big bathroom, nice staff, etc. I went to another one after The Point and it was worse and more expensive.

The scooter i rented with them was a bit old and rusty, but not a big issue
