The Window of the room was small and internal, no proper circulation of air, uncomfortable bed

very good and central location, and they have coffee machine to use

it was very noisy, because of constructions which I wasn’t aware and both days I woke up extremely early from the noise, plus there are cockroaches in the room

located in the heart of city center Palermo just that was amazing. the bedroom was not perfect regarding the AC that was always dropping water and some noise around, and the room not so big. the check in was late (after midnight) so we needed to pay extra 10€for the late arrival… was not mentioned before. the welcoming was very good as they gave us all the city touristic points from a local experience to see everything and we really enjoyed that. in the end a very good experience

The location of the apartment is directly in the city centre, so everything is within a 10-15-minute walking distance. When we arrived the owner kindly directed us through a no-contact check-in and was always there for us if we needed help. She gave us very useful tips for great restaurants and the most convenient bus connections. She even offered to move us into a bigger room after the previous guests left. The whole apartment was very clean and the housekeeping lady also very friendly. We were very happy about this stay.

I am not sure if it was a mistake in the booking information, but we were expecting a balcony. Since there were no outside windows in the room (only the ones directed to the hallway of the building), there was almost no natural light from the sun. That was very confusing to us and when we were trying to wake up in the morning, it was pitch black in the room and our brains thought it was still night-time. The only other thing was the wifi connection – sometimes it was turning off on its own –, but that's really a minor inconvenience when in a beautiful historical city like Palermo. :)

Apartment is very well located and the apartment was very clean. Even though we booked the apartment one hour before check in everything was set up and ready. Would recommend!!

Perfect location - close to the most important and attractive places in the city; at the street with unusual and typical Italian atmosphere, particularly during evenings. Open-minded, friendly and very flexible owner, addjusting to our needs.

The room was very small and without daylight. There was a dark, ruined and unused stairway outside the window. It was a little bit claustrophobic.
