"Nice place after you find it."

Nice place to stay

Their parking arrangement is querky and difficult. It really would be an advantage if they gave a street number to the guesthouse rather than just the name because getting into their chained car park was awkward. Finding the guesthouse wasdone by good luck rather than by GPS.

"Perfect stay in Penrith"

We loved the owner who was so welcoming The property was absolutely spotless and the breakfast was delicious The property was just off the A66 which was ideal and close to the town. Would highly recommend

The property was easy to locate and within walking distance of the town centre, (about 8 minutes). The room we had was spacious and clean. It was perfect for our one night stay. Phil was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. There was a selection of options on the breakfast menu which catered for everyone’s tastes. I would certainly recommend Ashberry Guest House, if you’re planning a trip to Penrith. There is on site parking at no extra charge.

There was nothing to dislike about the Guest House.
