Nice place to stay. On the main street of Penrith and within walking distance of places to eat or nearby pubs. Very friendly, nice family.

Best if you just want an overnight stay as it’s a guest house rather than a hotel

Lovely guest house, very clean room and friendly hosts. We had everything we needed in our room. Breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
