Loved everything about this place, beautifully clean excellent decor, fab lounge. Owners so friendly and helpful, really nice people. The breakfast was really, really good too. Excellent location, less than 5 mins walk into Penrith town centre. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.

"Excellent place for 1-2 nights great location and super clean."

Phil was super helpful when it came to parking my van, explained everythink in the Guesthouse, all about the amenities, where to eat. The breakfast was great the next morning after a good nights sleep in the comfy bed. Both him and his wife were super friendly and chatty. We will definitely stay again if in the area.
