Location

The entrance gate is manual and did not feel secure, especially at night. In the room I occupied, there were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, which I found to be both unsafe and concerning. The room did not have a microwave, which was expected or advertised as part of the amenities. Most importantly, I had paid for breakfast, but it was never provided during my stay. I believe in giving honest feedback with the hope that these matters can be addressed for the comfort and safety of future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding the breakfast I paid for, and whether any form of compensation or refund can be considered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
