Water was cold …we couldn’t bath in the morning Toilet didn’t have door meaning nothing separate bathroom from the bed 😭😭😭

We liked the room upstairs. It was neat and presentable.

The room on the ground floor was not pleasant to stay in.I have stayed in this room before about 2 years ago, the standard of this room has dropped .The King bed's mattress is old, the sheets were too small and didn't cover the old run down mattress and it isn't a good look for the business. It didn't have a kettle to make coffee in the morning, small soap or shower gel at to bath.The remote for the tv doesnt work. Something can be done to the parking area to make it look like a proper parking bays even without shades. The front of the ground room and its front garden is dark and people can trip and get hurt walking in the dark. 1 or 2 solar lights can make a big difference and improve lighting in the front garden and in the parking area so that guests can see where they are going.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming

The bed seemed brocken. Bedding/linen was not clean. Water in the bathroom took long to become warm.
