I liked nothing.. Everything was bad

There was no water at all.

We left early we ddnt have breakfast. The place is at a very quiet area. The host was very friendly. The wifi was working very well.

The TV was not working. There was only 1 towel we had to share. I thought all guesthouse put those small items to use in the bathroom ( toothpaste, soap, shavers) but we ddnt find any. Other people came during our stay, I don't know if it's family or other guests but they were very loud.

The room was very neat, air conditioner working perfectly fine. Garden needs attention especially now in summer.

Alternative system for geyser's hot water when electricity is off (There was electricity maintenance from the municipality on the day and that affected availability of hot water). Consider solar geyser, Tzaneen is very hot year round, will be value for money for the establishment as well.

The staff is very welcoming, they call to follow up on the coming guests.

Nothing to complain about

The staff was friendly, we had to wait a bit for the gate to be opened, once we were in ,the reception was good

The gate was manual and hard to open and close. Please consult a remote for guests. The TV did not work we struggled and ended up not watching it. The phone at the gate was on voicemail we couldn't ask for help. This could have been a network issue. Please consider putting a number or wastsapp service for guests to contact if they need support like iron forexample.
