We are staying in Bristol because our son is in hospital and the elms is in walking distance so we didn’t need to worry about taxis or buses. Clean and comfortable room.

Room wasn't the one we booked so had to change but mostly really positive

This a straight forward guest house, there is no breakfast and the other customers seemed to be tradesmen. The room was a nice size and very clean, its in Filton, so very easy and quick access to the motorway network. There is also onsite parking. There is is not a lot in the immediate area, no pubs or restaurants from what I could see, however just a few minutes walk one way you have a Tesco Express, a few minutes the other way is a pizza shop, a chippy and an Indian.

Nothing detrimental to say, it is as described, no frills, but more than adequate for a night if working or passing through the area

The room was quiet, despite being located on a fairly main road. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies!

Some easy things could be done to improve the bedroom, such as a few hooks or clothes rail. The bathroom was in need of a bit of attention, but all in all, pretty much what I expected for the price.
