Super Lage,gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit schöner Sitzecke draußen.Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Besitzern und hervorragende Informationen zur Anfahrt und Parkmöglichkeiten.

Mir war die Wohnung etwas zu dunkel.

Casa bene organizzata, vicino al centro.

Appartamento bellissimo. Con tutto il necessario (e anche di più) x il soggiorno. Gentili i gestori che ci hanno permesso di anticipare un pochino il check-in.

Se possiamo dire che e' una pecca... La salita per arrivare in centro Volterra 🫣🫣🫣

Posizione limitrofa al centro storico con possibilità di parcheggio. Disponibilità di un cucinino e il necessario per prepararsi tè e caffè con un piccolo snack.

Il letto un pochino morbido per i nostri standard.

La casetta era davvero comoda e grande e la presenza del cortiletto sotto il pergolato e stata assai gradita. L'ospite ha lasciato ogni possibile comfort, dalle spezie e brioche per la colazione a consigli su dove mangiare. Nonostante non ci siano stati contatti con lei ci siamo sentiti molto coccolati. È stato quasi un peccato fare un soggiorno così breve.

Un piccolo problema che non ha dato molti problemi e credo sia facilmente risolvibile: proprio sopra il letto c'è un sensore, la lucina lampeggiante durante la notte è stata un poco fastidiosa.

It was the PERFECT stay, about 15 minutes from Teatro Del Silenzio where Andrea Bocelli was playing, and had a great kitchen to cook all my meals, comfortable bed, close to a supermarket and attractions for Volterra, and a very attentive and quick responding host! I was looking for quiet since the last couple places I stayed were loud cities with rude people, and it was EXACTLY what I was hoping for - it was a relaxing stay in an authentic Italian home situated on the top of a mountain overlooking valleys and just so scenic (great patio to enjoy morning, afternoon, and evening espresso!)! I would DEFINITELY recommend this to solo travelers as well as couples, and will stay there again if I make it back to see Andrea in the next 1-2 years as I hope!

Honestly, not much I didn't like though it would've been nice to have had a streaming service to watch some TV on those quiet nights in! Ended up finding a channel with some syndicated US shows and was able to convert back to the original audio so that enough!

The property fully met all my expectations and requirements. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It had all the essential amenities, including a coffee machine, hairdryer, and more — making the stay very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area.
