- spacious, clean and comfortable apartment - easy Check-in and Check-out - easy communication with the host - exzellent location to visit Volterra. Just 10 minutes by foot to the city centre - very quiet at night

Location very easy to reach, with plenty parking for cars, Host is very kind and helpfull with all aquipment you need for your visit, I extremly recommend to visit, and you will comeback again sure 🌹

It was so cozy, warm and clean, and had everything we could want. Super close to walk to Volterra, yet outside the walls. Also liked the free parking. Great communication with Francesca!

"Lovely garden apartment just outside the city walls."

This was the perfect apartment for a weekend in Volterra. The garden was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean and functional.

It's a steep walk into town.

Loved the little garden to sit in and enjoy a glass of vino. Francesco was a lovely hostess and allowed us to check out at 11.00 as we d been to a wedding the night before.

Everything was perfect. Could be a problem for people with mobility issues as it s a 10 min uphill walk to the Town.There is a wee cafe to stop and have a coffee on the way if you want a rest.
