Hassop Station rooms on the Monsal Trail

Fantastic location, pleasant rooms.

The holes in the towels and the rude lady in the cafe who proceeded to innapropriately make us feel that we had made a mistake with our room booking wasn't welcomed especially when it was actually one of the staff members fault. We added another nights stay onto our booking and was given our room key on check in. The following day we had a missed call whilst out walking enjoying the beautiful surroundings and on calling back the hotel the lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell us that we had in fact stayed in the wrong room and that we would need to move rooms. She was quite rude and it wasn't required. Other than that and the holes in the towels we had a lovely stay.

The breakfast was excellent and made the stay very good value for money.

We were not sure if the bathroom facilities were shared. They were outside of the main bedroom on a corridor which had other rooms on them and it made us a little nervous when using these facilities.

Location good Breakfast excellent served quickly and very high quality ingredients the best we’ve ever had Will definitely return. Thank you The room was very very clean comfy beds and a good size
