"Superb"

Excellent location, owners really friendly and happy to help. Lovely comfy beds and settees, brilliant shower. Beautiful garden and views, very easy to access walks from, you can park the car and leave it. Close to both Bakewell and Ashford in the Water for lots of choices of places to eat. We went as two couples and the room set ups, each with own ensuite work brilliant for each to have their own privacy and meet up downstairs. Lots of games for you to play in an evening or sit and chill. Excellent weekend would thoroughly recommend.

Could just do with hanging space in rear bedroom but not an issue, we shared front room wardrobe for necessary hanging space.

It was fabulous and perfect with two x double bedded rooms both with an en suite bathroom. Complete with tea and coffee making facilities in both bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Comfortable sofas in living room with large tv. Use of a private garden with nice sun chairs. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast on offer which we booked and it was lovely. Plus fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Great location close to lots and also very peaceful. Thank you to Andrew & Sarah for a great few days.

Nothing to dislike!

From the moment we booked Andrew and Sarah were perfect hosts. Loads of helpful information to allow us to plan ahead. The property was lovely. Really homely too. On arrival and throughout our stay Sarah and Andrew went the extra mile to make our stay even better than we could have hoped.

"Great Location And Fantastic Hosts"

Fantastic location. Easy parking. Very spacious and ideal for two couples. The hosts were attentive and the little extra touches such as fresh flowers, milk and putting lights on and drawing curtains were very much appreciated.

It was a little cold but rectified easily with the heater available to us. Slightly tired in places. Could do with a refresh decor wise but this didn’t affect our stay.
