Stanton House Annex

Stanton House Annex is lovely place to stay in beautiful surroundings. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. The annex was comfortable and warm, both bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was simply the best home cooked we’ve had in a long time. Thank you.

Location was good. Owners were friendly very responsive, welcoming & good with recommendations.

One of the mattresses on the beds was in very poor condition & very uncomfortable. Decoration was tired, particularly in the bathrooms & there was mould on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms, which does need addressing. Toiletries we're not provided, which isn't a major issue, but it did state in the description that there were so needs to be corrected. Breakfast needs improving, very greasy & substandard ingredients.

It’s a lovely setup, quiet and serene location. Comfortable annex to relax and enjoy the break.

It was a very comfortable stay with lots of homey touches. The location with an easy walk into both Ashford and Bakewell was also a great perk. I would absolutely stay again. The owners were also very friendly.

There's nothing that stood out which I didn't like. It was very comfortable and lovely.

Sarah and Andrew are fabulous hosts that made us feel very welcome. The annexe was immaculately clean. We had the additional cooked breakfast which was very good value . Sarah offered to fetch us and give us a lift back from Thornbridge Tap if needed nothing seemed too much trouble. Thankyou we will be back Joanne and Baz
