"PLEASE STAY AWAY. FULL RIPPOFF. MOLD EVERYWHERE. DIRTY SHEETS AND NOT EVEN A TV OR KITCHEN!!!mxm"

Nothing False Advertisement. The roof and the walls are moldy like someone died in there. As well as for the sheets. They covered up the mold with blankets There was no TV No towels even a proper kitchen. It was living living in the gettho with dirt everywhere and random strange people.

Everything. This is totally unhygienic and False Advertisement. Ther host wasn't even there and no service or anything. It was unsafe for our kids and please infect this place!

Poor service and unkempt place

The whole stay was rowdy and room not furnished enough to make a sandwich with lack of table or chair

"UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE"

I did like that it was close to where i had to fetch my family

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, they promote free toiletries on the site,there was none, they said there was a kitchen to use, but it was a communal kitchen and it had broken cupboards, people were living in the main place, it looked like an orphanage due to the amount of kids running around and one lady cooking for all of them starting in the morning already, my boys were not comfortable, we love home cooked meals,but due to the state of that kitchen, we had to go out for dinner and when we got back, the main gate was locked, after calling 3 times they came to open and told me that i need to let them know if i am leaving( i thought it was a self catering unit where i can go and come as i please,cause that's what i paid for)When we arrived at 14:30,the place were not ready, when we stepped inside i asked for a mop to wipe the floor due to the rain,they said they only have one mop for the entire property, i then went back to ask for a two pint plug or a multi plug to charge my laptop,phone and the boys' phones and i just got told she has one plug and its for her to use, i need to go buy my own. This was an unprofessional, insensitive and uncomfortable place to stay at, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
